Awful bag condition and treatment

I write this so everyone will think twice before they buy from Coltorti.
I ordered from them a week ago or so a DC bag and today I received the package. When I opened it the bag was squeezed hardly in a very small box which caused many damages to the bag. It seems the bag had been hit under the logo and got a permanent indentation. The handle got a scratch from the really shape tag, that they didn't cover and there is a small ink stain on the front of the bag which is not removable.
So I tried contacting the customers support and asked for a refund for all the demages and the bad condition, I even attached some photos that they could see it's really bad, and they just asked me to return it. I paid a lot for this bag, including shipping and taxes, and it will take so much time to receive it back with a return, and I will also point out that for now where I live we are in some unstable situation and I don't want to make any more efforts to it. I payed for a new bag and I didn't get one, it's also the last one they got so they can't replace it.
So I explained it to the customer support and they only offered me 10% back (not including on the 200-250 dollars I paid for taxes and shipping) if I don't return it!!!! This is outrageous, because I paid for this so much money and tax, and I asked for it to be well cared before in email, since it's a gift, and I have been told by one of the supporters that they only pick the best well cared and authentic products. This came in awful condition and they don't even give me a fair refund or a compensation if I won't return it and this whole thing takes so much of my time.
The luxury item got a terrible treatment and so did I, I suggest you to stay out of this website and find your luxury products somewhere else. No one should get such lack of treatment and bad products.

This company is horrible

This company is horrible. My package said it was delivered when it was not, even though it was supposed to be a signed delivery. There was no information as to who it was left with or where so I contacted the company. They kept going back and forth and after weeks they told me DHL would contact me about it. After that, I received no replies and still have not gotten my item or a refund. I contacted my bank and hopefully they will be able to finally fix this for me.

Great boutique - despite added fees!

I just purchased a Mulberry bag from Coltorti and wanted to share my experience.
My order was shipped within two working days of me placing the order. The shipping itself was incredibly quick - my purchase was scheduled to be delivered within two days by DHL but actually arrived the day after it was shipped. This is incredible considering it came from Coltorti in Italy to the U.K.
The bag itself is beautiful and I got an excellent price ordering it with Coltorti and using one of their discount codes. The only downside is that purchasing from a third party, the bag doesn’t come with the Mulberry gift bag and box - although a dust bag is included.
About customs fees and taxes - yes these must be paid if having something shipped to the U.K. This isn’t Coltorti’s fault though and so I don’t think the other reviews are justified in their complaints of the taxes and fees. Since Brexit, purchases from the EU are subject to the imposition of VAT (20%) and possibly duty - I happily paid this for my bag as it was such a good price. You can pay online with DHL prior to getting it delivered which was quick and easy.
Overall I had a great experience purchasing from Coltorti and will certainly consider using them again in the future. I should add that Coltorti was very good at getting back to me promptly when I contacted them post purchase.

Great online boutique with affordable prices

Great online boutique with affordable prices for authentic pieces. I bought my Jacquemus le pitchou coin purse 3/25 and received it 3/31, so about a week's processing and shipping to the southeast of the USA. I was worried about custom fees but reached out to their office and they responded that customs typically only applies to purchases over $800 as other reviewers have said. I also contacted Jacquemus about Coltorti Boutique and they informed me that they are a genuine retailer so their pieces are all authentic. Will not hesitate to shop from them again.

Great experience but shipping cost

Great experience but the shipping cost is a bit expensive comparing to other online boutiques that i deal with but overall no issues and loved my order...

I bought a stone island hoodie thinking…

I bought a stone island hoodie thinking it was a bargain but when it got delivered I was sent an import tax bill for 41.50 so it was no longer cheaper than buying in the UK! Beware of this now with this company as they do not make this clear when you order! When you ask them about it they are not interested.

Have never written a review before but felt I should write this one.
Coltorti were nearly 400 pounds cheaper for a woolrich parka retailing at 725 pounds in store.
Ordered Friday midnight.
Dispatched from Italy on Monday.
Arrived pristine condition in London on Tuesday.
Coltorti set the standard for professionalism.

EMPTY PACKAGE

I opened my locker, which was EMPTY!!!
And I contacted with service for weeks.
They just told no refund and resend!!!
DO NOT USE IT!!!

DO NOT ORDER

They never shipped my package then proceeded to tell me that DHL lost my package. After contacting DHL, I was informed that Coltorti lied to me. They never even handed off my package to DHL. They lied to me to cover up their own scam. This is the most ridiculous company I have ever worked with. Whatever you do, do not order from them.

They said that my bag was in transit

They said that my bag was in transit, when it isn’t. The shipping company says they haven’t even received my package from Coltorti. When I emailed them and brought this to their attention, the stopped answering my emails. I need my bag to be shipped soon. The website says 2 days to ship and it has been two weeks.
